Refund policy

 all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@healingbeauty.com. Please include your order number, a photo of all items received, and the packing slip (with the handwritten number visible). Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, packaged, or a shipping label has been created. In cases of significant delays (2+ weeks), customers may request a cancellation, and we will first attempt to resolve the issue by expediting the order.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
